Wildlife circles our property, offering some of the best hunting in the Rocky Mountains; from an abundance of mule deer, elk and antelope (the most commonly hunted species). In the higher country, you’ll find bear, mountain lion, and moose roaming above the timberline. Mountain River Lodge border five Big Game Hunting Management Units: GMU 581, 511, 501, 58 and 50. Outdoor sportsman from around the world come to track and hunt in our wilderness neighborhood. From the mountains to the plains, we offer many hunting opportunities for the huntsman and hunts-woman.
